fortunately, yesterday’s higher #weight turned out to be just a one-time #warning. today I’m back on track. the #weight dropped by more than 1.5 kg, so yesterday’s signal worked. I cleaned myself up a bit food-wise, and now it feels much better. back again – around 72 kg.
